Practice Policies

We require 24-hours-notice for cancellation of appointments.

Missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24-hours-notice may be charged to patients.

While we try to refill fax prescriptions within 48 hours, we request the courtesy of a one-week notice.

We strive for same day access for urgent concerns, and schedule by appointments only.

If you walk in with a question or concern, we request your patience while we manage the flow of booked patients.

We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times, and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way.

We have a Zero Tolerance policy, whereby abusive, aggressive, or violent behavior towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Anyone who is abusive or aggressive to members of staff will be sent a letter from the Practice stating that this behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in removal from the Practice patient list.
